History
Founded by Mike Southard in October 1999, as Mike's Web Design. Mike began serving small local businesses with standard web design services.  As sales grew, so did the requests for custom solutions to unique web programming issues.  These custom solutions put a strain on the 3rd party hosting vendor.  Unresolved technical issues and lack of priority response from the hosting vendor, made it and easy choice to looking for another hosting solution.

In 2006 a local world class co-location was searched out and found. Routers, switches and servers were purchased and the entire network was brought "In House".  This decision has lead to increased customer satisfaction and network reliability, and new services just as "Data Backup Solutions". 

Owner/President
Mike Southard graduated from High Point University in 1984 with a B.S. in Biology, and has over 25 years of "real world" business experience as a founding partner of Loc-on Treestands, and Carolina North Manufacturing.  Mike's strengths are networking, hardware and web programming (PERL, PHP mySQL). 

Business Development Manager
Britt Lassiter is a 1980 graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill with a degree in Economics. His technical background includes local area and wide area networking, IP Telephony, metro fiber networks and data center co-location. In addition to his technical experience, Britt brings a rich mix of marketing skills and entrepreneurship to every web project. His goal is to help clients "begin with the end in mind", yielding solutions that work.

Our Development Team
Triad Hosting employs a group of talented professionals to meet the needs of our diverse client base. By collaborating with multiple creative individuals we avoid funneling everyone into the same "look". Our team includes local web designers, graphic artists, photographers, programmers and writers.
