Maintenance Plan

A maintenance plan protects your investment (website) by allocating a predetermined amount of time each month for administrative functions and client directed modifications.  This plan gives you a level of assurance that you have a 'partner' who is looking after your site and it's overall successful operation.

Our plan includes:

• Priority response time of 24 hours or less

• Monthly billing for all hosting, support and maintenance fees.

• One FREE hour of support time allotted per month.  Additional support time will be billed 
  at the standard hourly rate.  Note: any unused "free" support time cannot be carried over to next month.

• Support of all custom scripts/programming

• Site covered under Guarantee (see below)

• Web Site Checkup (see below)

Guarantee

All sites under a maintenance plan are covered under the following guarantee.

Triad Hosting will repair any “problems” found on your website at no additional charge to you, and will restore the site to function as originally designed. Guarantee does not cover "bugs" in third party software programs or errors and problems caused directly by customer.  

Web Site Check Up

The following is a list of items are checked on your website to ensure your site is working correctly as originally designed.  Any problems found will be corrected at no charge to customer.

• Review server logs for potential problems

• Check total disk usage and total bandwidth usage

• Check all web pages, hyperlinks and scripts

• Back up of all web site files, data files and scripts

• Check meta tags (keywords and descriptions)

• Submit your site to the top search engines
