When the decision was made to upgrade and update our church web site, we looked at several options. After exploring package solutions, we decided we needed to customize the site to suit our needs. In that process, Mike Southard of Triad Hosting has done an excellent job in meeting our needs. He offered an e-mail spam filtering software that resolved a serious spam issue we were having. Mike met with us numerous times, and countless other times by phone and e-mail in the web site development process. He partnered with our church graphic artist, who previously designed our church logo, to develop an excellent evangelism tool for our church’s ministries. He has patiently trained our staff on how to do web page updates. His hosting services have also been without problems or downtime.
