I have nothing but good things to say about our experience working with you guys! We appreciate your speedy responsiveness when we have questions or need help with something. And we are pleased with our new site!

Triad Hosting changed the way we do business at Chaney Properties. Prospective tenants can now view pictures of properties, get directions to them and print all of our forms from their own computer. What a difference technology makes when it works! Mike made a complicated job look easy and it felt easy to us! Our sometimes unreasonable requests were quickly addressed and even the smallest issue was handled rapidly and accurately. Our 2006 rental season was a resounding success thanks in no small part to Mike Southard and Triad Hosting.

Three years ago my brother and I founded Ballantyne Publishing. As we put together our first magazine, NCboatinglifestyle, we relied on a number of partnerships to make it happen. None were more supportive or responsive than Triad Hosting. As a publishing company, data entry, data backup, data maintenance, data manipulation and data output in the form of databases for mailing labels that meet stringent USPS Periodicals Postage regulations are all critical to survival and success. From day one, Mike Southard took our database of readers and has managed it superbly and affordably. Data entry, database structure, de-duping, merging of USPS electronic changes of addresses and other requests on our part were all handled expertly and timely as we evolved our monthly mailing lists in the 60,000 names/addresses range. Just as importantly, Triad Hosting created our web site and email system. They continue to be maintained by Mike nearly three years later without a thought on our part about making a change. I unequivocally recommend Triad Hosting as a business partner. Please feel free to contact me for a more in-depth testimonial to our relationship.
