Secure Payment Portal

A subscription based payment portal for your company.

Our secure payment portal allows your customers to optionally click on a [Pay It Now] button link on a Statement or Invoice to make a quick and easy credit card payment.

Your customer will be taken a branded page with your logo and contact information where they can pay the bill with a credit card or bank draft. Once payment is authorized and completed you will receive an email confirmation of the payment along with the customer. The data can then be transmitted back to your server and the payment automatically applied to the invoice. Note, this depends on the software you are running locally.

The payment is usually sent from your merchant account to your bank account in 2 to 3 business days.

Requirements

If you do not have either a merchant account or payment gateway you can apply online here. NOTE: both the merchant account and payment gateway have ongoing fees and/or setup fees that you are responsible for and are NOT included in our fees.

If you already have a merchant account you will need them to supply us a Var Sheet. This sheet that has all necessary items on it for us to link your payment gateway account to your merchant account so you will receive the payments.

Fee Structure
Our fees are based on the volume of transactions we process for you each month. We will automatically adjust your bill each month based on your volume.

The base fee is 10 cents per transaction with a monthly minimum of $25.00 dollars.

There is a one-time set up fee. This depends on what features you desire.
